International Work Experience Program

The Xplora International Work Experience Program gives teenagers and young adults the chance to step inside a real company, work with a local team and understand what professional life actually feels like. Across the UK and USA, participants build practical skills, improve their English in a professional setting and return home with international work experience on their CV. For those who cannot travel, the program is also available as an online work experience, with remote tasks, meetings and supervision from a host company.
